There's a new page every Monday, barring such catastrophes as amputations, apocalypse, or general creator failure.
As for ratings, if it were a movie in the U.S., it'd probably get a PG-13 or possibly R rating for some later bits- mostly violence stuff. Mature Content in new pages will have a warning beforehand.
